Knights Inn - Mackinaw City, MI

Location was good.

Room needed some serious updates. Had a strange odor to it.

My bed was broken, the room was dirty and so was the bathroom.

Great location but older and rough. Nice room, but very dated.

Did not like single sliding door with lock. Did not like fact that room was open, unlocked with windows open on arrival. Did not like peeling wallpaper in spots. Questionable on how clean room can be with open windows.

Old school motel. Could use some updating buy ok for the star rating

Super convenient location. 7 minutes boke ride to ferry.

Out dated room. Smelled musty. Bathroom shower pressure was a joke. Stayed 2 nights and hotel staff never came to freshen up the room or provide new towels.

The motels an older version. It was clean. It had two beds, a TV and bathroom and that¿s all we needed. It worked out just fine for us. Staff was very friendly and I will return.

Nothing, the hotel had BED BUGS! There were bugs in the bathroom. The toilet didn't flush. I ended up leaving at 3am with a half dozen bed bug bites on my face. The owner is refusing to give me a refund. I rather sleep in my car than in that hotel.

Everything, they failed to tell me that the hotel room I booked was under construction. This was at 9pm while checking in. Why couldn't they tell me earlier so i could find another hotel room. I was stuck taking another room at another hotel with BED BUGS

The view was beautiful and is the only reason we chose to stay here

Rooms were filthy in bridge view side, AC didn¿t work, lamps missing bulbs, infested with bugs and spider webs all over, and hot tub didn¿t work, no free breakfast

parking, free internet, easy to use TV & clock, friendly staff

in room microwave would be better than a coffee pot

Location. Easy ingress and egress from the property, short walk to Bridgeview park.

Room was much smaller than expected, no hot water in either the shower or the sink at 5 am, in room coffee maker had no available coffee filters, bed was both hard and lumpy, pillows were about the size of throw pillows you'd have on your couch.

Location was perfect for exploring Mac city

Musty smell, bedding/pillows old and worn out (cigarette burns, lumpy pillows), toilet coming loose from floor. People gathering, yelling, fighting in parking lot outside of our room.

after my last stay in june the manager gave us a very nice room

I entered the room and closed the door and the screen in the window fell out. The sheet had stains on it. The bathtub drain had hair in it. Why was the sink so low? Flat screen TV on a stand instead mounted on the wall out of the way.

Pets welcomed, close to attractions.

It was dirty, had ants, lots of cobwebs in corners, bathtub was gross.

Liked evening clerk young lady, helpful and friendly.

Sorry, a lot of negatives,room smelled bad (pillows smelled like sweat). Morning clerk older lady just grunted when I called "Good morning" and ignored us. Dried out donuts breakfast.

Close to exit for bridge.

Pictures of room were no where similar to room we stayed at. Room was 1/3 size and the bathroom was too small. Toilet and sink overlapped.

No breakfast, no ice, tv not working, front office staff on the phone and not friendly

flies in light fixtures, left over pop bottle from previous people.

Location, nice owner, price, quiet area.

Wi-fi was not sufficient and mattresses need to be updated. Also, toilet was very low to the ground.
